Once any of the following occurs, services have begun and payments become non-refundable.

A first coaching, consulting, onboarding, or strategy session occurs — regardless of length or format.

Private access is granted
The client receives access to private materials, digital content, recordings, trainings, templates, worksheets, portals, groups, or communication channels.

PR4LIFE begins reviewing submitted materials
Intake forms, applications, brand assets, personal materials, business materials, websites, or social media accounts.

Any feedback is delivered
The client receives written, verbal, video, or voice-based feedback from PR4LIFE — in any format.

Deposits: Deposits may be refunded in certain circumstances. See your program description for details.
Payment plans: A payment plan is a commitment to the full program fee, not a month-to-month subscription. Payments continue regardless of attendance or participation.
Third-party financing: When you pay through a third-party provider, you enter a separate agreement with that provider. PR4LIFE is not a party to that agreement. You remain responsible for all payments to your financing provider regardless of your participation in the program.
Missed sessions: Missed sessions are non-refundable. To reschedule, provide at least 48 hours notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
