Meet Your Coach

Life Design Strategist & Coach
For decades I told real stories about real people, often in hard seasons. I kept seeing the same moment of truth: some rise after impact, others get stuck. That question followed me home — especially during one of the hardest seasons of my own life.
A month before I stepped away to care for my father, I finally told my family the truth: I was molested as a child. I carried it quietly for years, and it showed up the way unresolved pain often does — through overcompensating, risky choices, and numbing behaviors that looked like "having it together."
Then my father went on hospice, and the world got quiet. Sitting in that kind of stillness, you can't outrun yourself.

I started the deep work — not the inspirational kind, the real kind — to undo what surviving had shaped in me and rebuild from a place of honesty. I stopped confusing motion with progress. That season became a calling.

Why I Serve
I turned survival
into a system
you can live by.
I spent seasons in survival mode. I didn't manifest my way out. No vision boards. No magic affirmations. I did the real work. I got honest. I got clear. And I started building the life I actually want.
I built PR4LIFE for people caught between what they intend and what they execute. You know there's more in you. You just need a clean path and real support to live it.
Don't trust me. Trust yourself. I help you hear your own voice, choose your path, and follow through.
This is coaching translated from lived experience into a system you can keep. Not empty motivation. Practical change you can sustain.

What is life coaching?
Life coaching is a collaborative process where a coach helps you clarify your goals, identify obstacles, and create actionable strategies — focused on personal growth, accountability, and moving forward.
How is life coaching different from therapy?
While therapy often focuses on healing past traumas, life coaching is future-focused. Coaching helps you identify goals, break through limiting beliefs, and create strategies for success.
How does a typical PR4LIFE session work?
Structured and practical. We start with a quick check-in (wins + roadblocks), choose one priority, map a clear plan. You leave with one clear focus and specific actions for the week.
How long does it take to see results?
Many clients see initial progress within a few sessions, but sustainable long-term change often takes 3–6 months, depending on your goals and commitment to action.
Is life coaching confidential?
Yes. All sessions are confidential. Your coach provides a safe, judgment-free space where you can explore your goals and challenges openly.
Do I need coaching if I am already successful?
Absolutely. Life coaching isn't just for those who feel stuck — it's also for high achievers who want to level up, find balance, or explore new opportunities.
