When you engage with PR4LIFE — through the website, coaching sessions, or online resources — we may collect the following:

Notes, goals, progress records kept for coaching purposes

Transaction history only — no card or bank details stored by PR4LIFE

Anything additional you share in forms, intake documents, or sessions

How We Use It

PR4LIFE uses your information only for purposes directly related to providing coaching services and running our business.

Deliver coaching, strategy, and accountability services you've enrolled in

Maintain a coaching log for ICF certification requirements (hours and client records only — not session content)

Who We Share It With

Payment processors

Stripe, PayPal, Venmo — for secure transaction processing only. PR4LIFE never stores card or bank details.

International Coach Federation (ICF)

Coaching hours and client records only — required for certification. Session content is not shared. → ICF Privacy Policy

Platform providers

AttractWell and similar tools used to operate the website and deliver content. Bound by their own privacy policies.

Legal obligations

We may disclose information if required by law. We will notify you where legally permitted to do so.

PR4LIFE will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

AI tools

If AI-assisted tools are used in our work (e.g. note-taking or drafting), they are used only on anonymised or general content. Client-identifying session details are not processed by third-party AI systems.

How Long We Keep Your Data

PR4LIFE retains client records for a minimum of 3 years following the end of a coaching relationship — consistent with standard business and ICF record-keeping practices.

Website analytics data is retained per platform settings (typically 14-26 months). You may request earlier deletion at any time.
